Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: For private dinners or catered events, I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.
Q: Do you offer cooking classes or demos?
A: Yes! I offer both one-on-one and group cooking lessons upon request — great for team-building or date night experiences.
🧾 Pricing & Payment
Q: How is pricing determined?
A: Pricing depends on the guest count, menu complexity, service level, and any rentals needed. I’ll provide a custom quote after your consultation.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a minimum 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of service.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, and QuickBooks Payments. Payment links are included in your invoice.

Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
A: Absolutely. I customize every menu based on your needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, halal, and more. Just let me know during your consultation.
Q: Are menus customizable?
A: Yes — every menu is chef-crafted based on your taste preferences, event theme, and dietary needs.
Q: Do you offer tastings?
A: Tastings are available for events with 20+ guests or wedding-style experiences. Fees apply and can be credited toward your final balance if you book.
🏠 On-Site & Delivery Logistics
Q: Do you cook on-site or deliver food?
A: Both. For private chef dinners, I typically cook on-site to ensure freshness. Meal prep services are delivered chilled with reheating instructions. Some event catering may be dropped off or served depending on the package.
Q: What do I need to provide for a private dinner at home?
A: A functional kitchen (or prep area), and a table or space for service. I bring my tools and can provide rentals (tables, linens, utensils) if needed.
Q: How far do you travel?
A: I’m based in Fredericksburg, VA and serve DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events more than 30 miles away.
🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 25–50% fee. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Q: Can I reschedule my event?
A: Yes, I offer one complimentary reschedule if made at least 72 hours in advance. After that, a rescheduling fee may apply.
